How does InfiniStitch™ compare to traditional embroidery?
InfiniStitch™ is similar to traditional embroidery, as it uses dyed thread, is sewn directly onto the product, and is durable and safe for washing machines. InfiniStitch™ is superior to traditional embroidery in the following ways:

Traditional embroidery requires a crafty person with a talent for stitching; or, if it's automated embroidery it will require art designed specifically for embroidery, large order quantities in order to make it affordable, and often times it has limits to the number of different colors per design.

Do I need to convert my image file to another type of file, such as vector?

Some of your current images will work with the new InfiniStitch™ technology. However, for some images additional modifications will be required to achieve high quality results; for instance you'll want to avoid large areas of any single color. Are the new InfiniStitch™ products also available in the Direct Printing process?
No. These products are only available using the InfiniStitch™ technology.
